١. عن هذه الشروط

هذه الشروط اتفاق بينك وبين شركة فاست أدفانسد سولوشنز تكنولوجيز (سجل تجاري رقم ٧٠٤٣٧٢٤٧٦٩، الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، ويُشار إليها بـ«نحن») بشأن خدمة Fast Source («الخدمة»): هذا الموقع، وواجهة REST البرمجية، وموصل MCP. باستخدامك الخدمة فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط، وإن استخدمتها لصالح جهة فإنك توافق عليها نيابةً عنها.

٢. الخدمة

تجيب الخدمة ببيانات من مصادر سعودية عامة، وتذكر كل إجابة مصادرها: اسم المصدر ورابطه وترخيصه وتاريخ آخر تحقق منه. هذه نسخة أولى (v0)، وقد نضيف بيانات أو ميزات أو نغيّرها أو نوقفها.

تذكر كل إجابة مصادرها، ومنها: هيئة الخبراء بمجلس الوزراء (الأنظمة)، والبيانات المفتوحة للهيئة السعودية للمواصفات والمقاييس والجودة، ومركز كود البناء السعودي (فهرس الأكواد)، وتقويم أم القرى (محسوباً)، واللوائح المنشورة على موقع وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية (الإجازات وأيام العمل)، وGeoNames (إحداثيات المدن). القائمة الكاملة بتراخيصها وتواريخ التحقق منها في /v1/sources.

٧. الأنظمة: نسخ غير رسمية

نصوص الأنظمة التي نقدّمها مصدرها هيئة الخبراء بمجلس الوزراء (laws.boe.gov.sa)، وهي نسخ غير رسمية؛ فالنص الرسمي هو المنشور في جريدة أم القرى. ارجع إلى المصدر الرسمي قبل الاعتماد على أي نص، ولا تقدّم نسختنا على أنها النص الرسمي.

٨. المواصفات: بيانات وروابط فقط

نقدّم عن المواصفات القياسية وأكواد البناء السعودية بيانات وروابط فقط: الرقم والعنوان والحالة والإصدار والمواصفة الدولية المعتمدة ومكان الحصول على النص الكامل. النصوص الكاملة تبيعها الجهات التي تصدرها، ولا نقدّمها ولا نقتبس منها ولا نلخّصها.

٩. الإحصاءات: وسم الهيئة العامة للإحصاء

تحمل الإحصاءات المأخوذة من الهيئة العامة للإحصاء، متى قدّمناها، الوسم «Modified by Fast Source, not official GASTAT statistics» (معدّلة من Fast Source، وليست إحصاءات رسمية صادرة عن الهيئة العامة للإحصاء)، فأبقِ هذا الوسم حيثما عرضتها.

١٠. إجابات التقويم

تتبع التواريخ الهجرية تقويم أم القرى. مواقيت الصلاة محسوبة بطريقة أم القرى، وقد تختلف دقائق عن توقيت مسجدك. الإجازات مأخوذة من اللوائح المنشورة والإعلانات الرسمية، وقد تغيّر الإعلانات مواعيدها، فتحقّق منها قبل أي قرار مهم.

١١. الاستخدام المقبول

استخدم الخدمة استخداماً نظامياً، ولا تستخدمها لتضليل أحد، كأن تقدّم إجاباتنا على أنها مصدر حكومي رسمي. لا تهاجم الخدمة، ولا تثقل عليها، ولا تفحصها أمنياً، وأرسل البلاغات الأمنية إلى data@fast.sa (البند ١٢).

١٢. حماية تقنياتنا وحظر الهندسة العكسية

١. يسري هذا البند على كل من يزور موقعنا، أو ينزّل تطبيقاتنا، أو تصل إلى متصفحه أو جهازه أي شيفرة برمجية خاصة بنا، سواء أنشأ حساباً أم لم ينشئ، ويُعدّ قيامه بأيٍّ من ذلك قبولاً لهذا البند.

٢. لا يجوز لك، بنفسك أو عبر غيرك، ودون إذن كتابي مسبق منا:

٣. الشيفرة التي نرسلها إلى متصفحك أو جهازك مرخّصة لك فقط لتشغيل خدماتنا على النحو المقصود، ووصولها إلى جهازك لا يجعلها عامة، ولا يمنحك أي حق في دراستها أو نسخها أو إعادة استخدامها.

٤. لا يقيّد هذا البند أي حق يمنحك إياه نظام نافذ صراحةً رغم وجود حظر تعاقدي، وذلك في حدود ذلك الحق فقط.

٥. إذا اكتشفت ثغرة أمنية بحسن نية، فنرحّب بإبلاغنا عنها عبر data@fast.sa، علماً بأن الإبلاغ لا يُعدّ إذناً بإجراء أي اختبار يتجاوز الاستخدام العادي لخدماتنا.

٦. تُعدّ مخالفة هذا البند إخلالاً جوهرياً بهذه الشروط، ويحق لنا عندها إيقاف وصولك فوراً ودون إشعار، واتخاذ ما يتاح لنا من إجراءات نظامية وفق أنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، بما في ذلك المطالبة بالتعويض عن الأضرار.

٧. لا يُعدّ استخدام واجهتنا البرمجية العامة وموصل MCP على النحو الموضّح في التوثيق، بمفتاحك الخاص وضمن حدود خطتك، مخالفةً لهذا البند، فهذا هو الغرض من الخدمة. ولا يقيّد هذا البند البيانات المفتوحة التي تمرّ عبر خدمتنا، إذ تبقى خاضعةً لترخيصها الخاص (البند ٥).

١٣. إخلاء المسؤولية عن الضمان

نعمل على أن تكون الإجابات دقيقة ومحدّثة، وتُظهر كل إجابة تاريخ تحققنا من مصدرها، لكن الخدمة تُقدَّم «كما هي»، ولا نضمن أن تكون أي إجابة كاملة أو محدّثة أو مناسبة لغرض بعينه. الإجابات معلومات، وليست استشارة نظامية أو شرعية أو هندسية أو مهنية من أي نوع.

١٤. حدود المسؤولية

في الحدود التي تسمح بها أنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، لا نتحمّل المسؤولية عن أي خسارة غير مباشرة أو تبعية، أو فوات ربح، أو فقدان بيانات ينشأ عن استخدامك الخدمة. ولا يحدّ شيء في هذه الشروط من مسؤولية لا يجيز النظام تحديدها.

١٥. الإيقاف والإنهاء

يحق لك التوقف عن استخدام الخدمة في أي وقت وطلب حذف حسابك. ويحق لنا إيقاف وصولك أو إنهاؤه إذا خالفت هذه الشروط أو لحماية الخدمة، كما يحق لنا تعديل الخدمة أو إيقافها، وسنُشعر حاملي المفاتيح بالبريد قبل أي إيقاف مخطط بمدة معقولة.

١٦. تعديل هذه الشروط

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط، ويبيّن التاريخ في أعلى الصفحة آخر نسخة منها، وسنبلغ حاملي المفاتيح بالتغييرات المهمة عبر البريد. واستمرارك في استخدام الخدمة بعد التعديل يعني قبولك له.

١٧. النظام الحاكم وتسوية النزاعات

تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، وتختص المحاكم المختصة في مدينة الرياض بالفصل في أي نزاع ينشأ عنها.

1. About these Terms

These Terms are an agreement between you and Fast Advanced Solutions Technologies (Commercial Registration 7043724769, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; "we", "us") about Fast Source (the "service"): this website, the REST API and the MCP connector. By using the service you accept these Terms. If you use it for a company or organisation, you accept them on its behalf.

2. The service

The service answers with data from Saudi public sources, and every answer lists its sources: who published the data, a link, the licence and the date we last checked it. This is an early version (v0): we may add, change or remove data and features.

Each answer names its sources. They include the Bureau of Experts at the Council of Ministers (laws); the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO) open data; the Saudi Building Code Center (code catalogue); the Umm al-Qura calendar (computed); the regulations published on the website of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (holidays and working days); and GeoNames (city coordinates). The full list, with licences and check dates, is at /v1/sources.

7. Laws: unofficial copies

The law texts we provide come from the Bureau of Experts at the Council of Ministers (laws.boe.gov.sa). They are unofficial copies: the official text is the one published in the Umm Al-Qura gazette. Check the official source before relying on a text, and never present our copy as the official text.

8. Standards: facts and links only

For Saudi standards and building codes we provide facts and links only: number, titles, status, edition, the international standard adopted and where to obtain the full text. The full texts are sold by the bodies that issue them; we do not provide, quote or summarise them.

9. Statistics: the GASTAT label

Statistics from the General Authority for Statistics (GASTAT), when we offer them, carry the label "Modified by Fast Source, not official GASTAT statistics". Keep that label wherever you show them.

10. Calendar answers

Hijri dates follow the Umm al-Qura calendar. Prayer times are calculated with the Umm al-Qura method and can differ by a few minutes from your local mosque. Holidays come from the published regulations and official announcements; announcements can move dates, so check them before any decision that matters.

11. Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully. Do not use it to mislead anyone, for example by presenting our answers as an official government source. Do not attack, overload or security-test the service; send security reports to data@fast.sa (section 12).

12. Protecting our technology (no reverse engineering)

  1. This section applies to everyone who visits our website, downloads our apps, or receives any of our code in their browser or on their device, whether or not they create an account. Doing any of these means you accept it.
  2. You may not, yourself or through anyone else, without our prior written permission:
    • reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decrypt or de-obfuscate our website, apps or APIs, or try to work out their source code, algorithms, models, AI instructions (prompts) or data structures;
    • use any tool, whether automated, AI-assisted or built for reverse engineering, to analyze the JavaScript files, app binaries or any other code we send to your browser or device, or to map how our services are built or which internal endpoints they call;
    • copy, bulk-download, archive, mirror or republish that code;
    • intercept, inspect, modify or replay the traffic between our apps and our servers, or call our APIs other than through our official apps and website;
    • scrape, crawl or otherwise collect our content or data by automated means, or use our services or their outputs to train or improve any AI model;
    • study, test or analyze our services in order to build, improve or benchmark a competing product, or to prepare a technical teardown or competitive analysis of them, for yourself or for anyone else.
  3. The code we send to your browser or device is licensed to you only to run our services as intended. Reaching your device does not make it public and gives you no right to study, copy or reuse it.
  4. Nothing in this section limits a right that applicable law expressly grants you despite a contractual ban, and only to the extent of that right.
  5. If you find a security issue in good faith, please report it to data@fast.sa. Reporting does not authorize any testing beyond normal use of our services.
  6. A breach of this section is a material breach of these Terms. We may block your access immediately and without notice, and take any legal action available under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including claiming compensation for damages.
  7. Using our public API and MCP connector the way our documentation describes, with your own key and within your plan's limits, is not a breach of this section: it is what the service is for. Nor does this section restrict open data that passes through our service; that data stays under its own licence (section 5).

13. No warranty

We work to keep answers accurate and current, and every answer shows when we checked its source, but the service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that any answer is complete, current or fit for a particular purpose. Answers are information, not legal, religious, engineering or other professional advice.

14. Liability

To the extent the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia allow, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of data arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits a liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

15. Suspension and ending

You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the service, and we may change or stop the service; before a planned stop we give key holders reasonable notice by email.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we tell key holders about important changes by email. Using the service after a change means you accept it.

17. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts in Riyadh decide any dispute arising from them.
