١. من نحن
تشغّل شركة فاست أدفانسد سولوشنز تكنولوجيز (سجل تجاري رقم ٧٠٤٣٧٢٤٧٦٩، الرياض) خدمة Fast Source، وهي الجهة المسؤولة عن معالجة بياناتك الشخصية فيها. للتواصل: data@fast.sa.
٢. ما الذي نجمعه
- عند طلب مفتاح: بريدك الإلكتروني، واسمك، وجهتك (اختياري)، وما تنوي بناءه.
- مفتاحك: لا نحتفظ إلا ببصمته المشفّرة (hash) وأول ١٢ حرفاً منه لنتعرّف عليه، ولا يمكننا قراءة مفتاحك بعد إصداره.
- الاستخدام: عدد الطلبات لكل مفتاح في اليوم، ولكل طلب وقته ونقطة الاتصال ورمز الحالة وزمن الاستجابة.
- نصوص الاستعلامات ومُدخلات الأدوات: لا نحتفظ بها أكثر من ٢٤ ساعة، لتتبّع الأخطاء وإساءة الاستخدام، ثم نحذفها.
- عناوين IP: نستخدمها لتطبيق حدود الطلبات، ونحذف سجلات الخادم التي تتضمنها خلال ٣٠ يوماً.
- موصل MCP: لا حساب لك لدينا؛ يصلنا طلب الأداة الذي يرسله مساعدك الذكي (اسم الأداة ومُدخلاتها)، لا هويتك. وتسري سياسة خصوصية مساعدك على محادثتك.
- هذا الموقع: بلا ملفات تعريف ارتباط (كوكيز)، وبلا أدوات تحليل، وبلا نصوص برمجية أو خطوط من جهات خارجية.
٣. لماذا نستخدمها
لإصدار مفتاحك وإدارته، والإجابة عن طلباتك، وتطبيق الحدود، وحماية الخدمة، والتواصل معك بشأن حسابك أو تغييرات الخدمة. لا نبيع البيانات الشخصية، ولا نستخدمها للإعلان، ولا لتدريب نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي.
٤. أين نحفظها
تُحفظ بيانات حسابك وسجلات استخدامك داخل المملكة العربية السعودية، على خوادمنا في الرياض، ولا تُنقل إلى خارج المملكة. وعندما نراسلك بالبريد، كأن نرسل إليك مفتاحك، تمرّ الرسالة عبر مزوّد البريد لدينا كأي بريد إلكتروني.
٥. مدة الاحتفاظ
- بيانات الحساب: ما دام حسابك قائماً. اطلب إغلاقه فنحذف بياناتك، وتُستبدل النسخ الاحتياطية التي تتضمنها خلال ٣٠ يوماً.
- نصوص الاستعلامات ومُدخلات الأدوات: ٢٤ ساعة.
- سجلات الخادم التي تتضمن عناوين IP: ٣٠ يوماً.
٦. حقوقك
يحق لك بموجب نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية أن تعرف ما نحتفظ به عنك، وأن تحصل على نسخة منه، وأن تصحّحه، وأن تطلب إتلافه، وأن تسحب موافقتك. راسلنا على data@fast.sa من البريد المسجّل في حسابك، وسنرد خلال ٣٠ يوماً. ويحق لك أيضاً تقديم شكوى إلى الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (سدايا).
٧. الحماية
الاتصال بالخدمة مشفّر (HTTPS)، والمفاتيح محفوظة ببصمتها المشفّرة فقط، ولا يصل إلى قاعدة البيانات إلا من يشغّلون الخدمة.
٨. التعديلات
نحدّث هذه الصفحة متى تغيّرت ممارساتنا، ونغيّر التاريخ في أعلاها، ونبلغ حاملي المفاتيح بالتغييرات المهمة عبر البريد.

1. Who we are
Fast Advanced Solutions Technologies (Commercial Registration 7043724769, Riyadh) runs Fast Source and is responsible for the personal data processed in it. Contact: data@fast.sa.
2. What we collect
- When you ask for a key: your email, your name, your company (optional) and what you plan to build.
- Your key: we keep only a hash of it and its first 12 characters so we can recognise it; we cannot read your key after we issue it.
- Usage: how many calls each key makes per day, and for each request its time, endpoint, status code and response time.
- Query text and tool arguments: kept no longer than 24 hours, to investigate errors and abuse, then deleted.
- IP addresses: used to apply rate limits; server logs that include them are deleted within 30 days.
- MCP connector: you have no account with us. We receive the tool call your AI assistant sends (the tool name and its arguments), not who you are. Your assistant's own privacy policy covers your conversation.
- This website: no cookies, no analytics, no third-party scripts or fonts.
3. Why we use it
To issue and manage your key, answer your requests, apply limits, keep the service secure, and contact you about your account or changes to the service. We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
4. Where it is kept
Your account data and usage records are stored in Saudi Arabia, on our servers in Riyadh, and are not transferred outside the Kingdom. When we email you, for example to send your key, the message passes through our email provider like any email.
5. How long we keep it
- Account data: while your account is open. Ask us to close it and we delete your data; backup copies that contain it are replaced within 30 days.
- Query text and tool arguments: 24 hours.
- Server logs with IP addresses: 30 days.
6. Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Law you can ask what we hold about you, get a copy, correct it or have it destroyed, and you can withdraw your consent. Email data@fast.sa from the address on your account; we reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA).
7. Security
Connections to the service are encrypted (HTTPS), keys are stored only as hashes, and only the people who run the service can reach the database.
8. Changes
We update this page when our practice changes, change the date at the top, and tell key holders about important changes by email.
